VAT Returns - Submit monthly/quarterly returns online
We specialise in setting up and running computerised accounting and payroll systems, as this is the most efficient way of recording and handling the numerous business transactions a business has. Currently we recommend Sage accounts software, as this is one of the market leading accounts software providers. As a member of the Sage Accountants Club, we are able to acquire this software at discounted rates, which we are able to pass on to you, if you wish to purchase the software through us. In terms of payroll software we have found Moneysoft - Payroll Manager to be a cost effective solution to setting up a payroll for most small businesses. Apart from recording the numerous transactions which many businss have, it is essential that a business owner/manager receives regular management accounts. This will enable them to review the financial performance of the business on a monthly basis, so that any corrective action can be taken. Leaving this until the business has to produce it's Annual Accounts, is often too late to enable the corrective action to be taken. Once a computerised system is up and running, we can produce these regular monthly management accounts and review them with you each month. We are also able to assist you in completing any monthly/quarterly VAT Returns and submitting them online to HMRC, using the VAT Reports in Sage. In addition with the introduction of PAYE: Real Time Information (RTI) in April 2013, it is important that any employers are compliant with this requirement by then. From April 2013 all employers wil be required to submit details of their PAYE payments online each month. We will be able to assist you in implementing these changes for your business. Whether you are a sole trader, small business or large enterprise, if you want to discuss your requirements, please contact us. For any new clients, a free initial consultation meeting is arranged, to discuss your particular requirements in more detail. At this meeting a price is agreed before any work is done. This is based on either a fixed number of hours per week, or month, or we can charge for the actual hours worked at our competitive hourly rates. We will follow this up with a letter of engagement summarising the work we expect to do. As we are regulated under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, we are required to carry out money laundering checks, before we can commence work for a new client. However, this will be discussed with you at the free initial consultation meeting. |
